Linutik is a coconut cream curry with pumpkin and seafood from Ilonggo cuisine of the Philippines.

Ingredients
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 2 shallot, sliced
- 2 thumb ginger, minced
- ¼ pumpkin, seeded and peeled
- 1+ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 8 shrimp or crab
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 8 long bean(hantak) or moringa leaf(balunggay) or sweet potato leaf or other greens
Method
- saute garlic, shallot, ginger
- add pumpkin, water, salt, pepper
- simmer until pumpkin softens
- mash
- add shrimp, coconut cream, water if dry
- simmer until cooked
- mix in long bean or greens
- simmer briefly
- serve
