Amhara cuisine is the cuisine of the Amhara people of Ethiopia.

Amharic cuisine coincides with the Amharic language, written with Amharic script.

Gondar is a historic cultural center. The Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, is also heavily Amharic.
