  • hunter’s stew(bigos): meat, sauerkraut, and fresh cabbage stew
  • red borscht(barszcz czerwony): pickled beet soup
  • cabbage soup(kapuśniak / kwaśnica): soup made with sauerkraut, pork, and sausage
