Yemeni Cuisine
Yemeni cuisine is the food culture of Yemeni Arabs. It is mainly found in Yemen in the southern part of the Arabian Peninsula.
Yemeni Arabic is spoken by Arabs in Yemen and surrounding areas, and it’s especially dominant in western Yemen.
Breads and other foods may be cooked in a type of wood-burning clay oven called tanur(تنور).
Sanaa(صَنْعَاء) is a cultural center.
