Scottish cuisine is the cuisine of the Scottish people.

Scottish people historically spoke Scottish Gaelic, a Celtic language, though today it is much less common. Scottish English is commonly used. Scots, related to English, is also spoken in some areas.

Glasgow is a cultural center.

Oats are a staple food. Barley has an ancient history of production and traditional varieties are still grown in some parts of Scotland.
