Hazara Cuisine
Hazara cuisine or Hazaragi cuisine is the cuisine of the Hazara people of central Afghanistan. The Hazara people speak Dari Persian, like the Tajik people. They are related to Mongolian, Turkic, and Persian people.
Bamyan(بامیان) is the cultural center of Hazarajat(هزارهجات), the Hazara cultural region.

- tawa bread: unleavened flatbread baked on hot plates
- tandoor bread(نان تنوری): leavened flatbread browned on top, distinct from Persian tandoor bread and known as barbari bread in Persian cuisine
