Creole Cuisine
Creole cuisine is the cuisine of the Creole people of southern Louisiana.
Creole culture is a mixed culture with French, Spanish, western African, and local Native American influences. Cajun culture may be considered a subgroup of Creole culture, referring specifically to the culture brought by French Acadian immigrants; it may also be considered a separate and distinct culture.
New Orleans is a cultural center.
