tamarind water

Tamarind water is a useful ingredient providing sour for dipping sauces, soups, curries, and more. Sometimes it can replace lime or other ingredients as a souring agent.

• rub sections apart
• soak tamarind 10 more minutes
• rub pulp from seeds
• remove seeds
